It's winter and its cold outside (well in some places it is, I guess it isn't in Hawaii and neat places like that.
Anyway, look, I lost a tooth, cool huh! |
Oh, yeah, back to winter. I'm here to tell ya that if we are all going to have a great winter, and holidays, we have to be sure to teach our parents some basic stuff to help us stay safer.
Stuff like, when we are shopping in a big store or mall, they can't let us get away from them. Its so much fun to play hide and seek, or just look at all the great stuff. But lets get real, there are some really creeping people out there who like to hurt or steal kids. Tell your moms and dads, that you want to have a secret code word with them so that you can't be fooled if someone tells you they are there to take you to your parents (just in case your parents get lost).
Also Never ever go with someone in a car or take their hand even if you know them unless your parents have said its ok. But they have to tell you its ok, not the grownup.
I like to talk to my friends on the internet also. But I learned never to tell anyone my name, address or phone number. Not even what school I go to. Sometimes I may think its a friend, but it could be a bad guy pretending. |
The Bad Guy's Tool Box
tells you the tricks that bad people use to try to hurt you. Learn what those tricks are
and how to say NO!
