Just so you know, a victor is a person who wins the race, or the battle. You can win the battle against the BAD GUYS, but it means that you must learn the things that will make you smarter than the BAD GUYS. So Practice Practice Practice the rules so you can be the VICTOR.

Red Light      Instead of a

If a stranger approaches in a vehicle,
        stay away and be prepared to run in
        the opposite direction.

Remember what the person and
        vehicle look like without putting         themselves in danger.

If a stranger approaches tell them to         ‘Stay Back!’.

Keep your eyes strangers. Never be         surprised.

If grabbed, scream ‘This is not my
        dad / mom’,  then run .

Say ‘NO’ and refuse any demands
        made by a stranger.

Be present if your child is asked to be
        questioned by someone of authority.

Go with your older children when they
        are going for a job or other type of
        interview, especially if it is in a
        secluded area, or at night.
